PLEASE READ THESE KEY POINTS BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING

Bookings are not accepted from groups of young people (under 25) without contacting the owner first.
Maximum group size is 8 people and prices quoted are for the property on a self-catering basis.
April - December - arrival day flexible - minimum stay 5 nights.
December - April - changeover day is Saturday to Saturday - minimum stay is 1 week.
Arrival day - the apartment key may be collected from the local agent between 1600 - 1800 hours after leaving a deposit (credit card imprint of 500 swiss francs).
Departure day - checkout and return the key to the local agent between 0900 - 1000 hours.
Although a final clean / inspection will be carried out after your departure, prices quoted are based on you leaving the apartment clean and tidy as found.
There is a private outdoor car park directly next to the apartment where you can park up to 2 cars.
For the consideration and comfort of guests, the penthouse is strictly non-smoking throughout, and pets are not permitted.

THE BOOKING PROCEDURE

1. Download and print the Full Contract Terms v1.6 for your reference.

2. Access the online booking system by checking out the weekly prices or go directly to online booking. Here you will be able to check the availability of your chosen dates and make a reservation. Prices quoted exclude bed linen / towels (23.5 swiss francs per person per week) paid locally on arrival.

3. An immediate 30% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of making your online reservation which can be made with a credit card online (+3.4% supplement), by cheque, or by electronic bank transfer (please contact the proprietor for this option). If booking within 1 month of your holiday start date, the full amount (+3.4% supplement) will be payable by credit card online at the time of making the booking.

A balance invoice will be emailed to you and become payable 2 months before your holiday start date. An additional local deposit will be payable on arrival (in the form of a credit card imprint of 500 swiss francs) to cover key return, damage, and the apartment and its’ contents being returned in good condition.
